By following the instructions below, you’ll be able to change the mapped client of an existing contact to any client already in the system.
Prerequisites (if applicable): None
[Instructions:]
 
  1. Click on CRM in the Main Menu 
 
  1. Click on the ‘Contact’ Sub Module and search for the respective Contact. 

 
  1. Click on the Edit Icon as shown below. 

 

 

  1. Click on the Client Selection Icon in the Contact Edit Menu as shown below. 
 
  1. Search for the respective Client required to be mapped, and click on the Select Icon as shown below. 
 
 
  1. Then, click on the Save Icon the save the Updated Details of the Contact as shown below. 
 
 

Outcome (If applicable): Contact will be available under the new client.
