By following the instructions below, you’ll be able to change the mapped client of an existing contact to any client already in the system.

- Click on CRM in the Main Menu
- Click on the ‘Contact’ Sub Module and search for the respective Contact.
- Click on the Edit Icon as shown below.
- Click on the ‘Client Selection’ Icon in the Contact Edit Menu as shown below.
- Search for the respective Client required to be mapped, and click on the Select Icon as shown below.
- Then, click on the Save Icon the save the Updated Details of the Contact as shown below.
Outcome (If applicable): Contact will be available under the new client.
