By following the instructions below, you’ll be able to change the mapped client of an existing contact to any client already in the system.
Before you delete a client, you would need to first ensure that the client has not been used on prior transactions else you will not be able to delete the client.
Step 1: Search and select a client which you wish to disable on Optimo V3.
Step 2: In the order to delete an unused client from the client search select the delete button as shown in the below screenshot.
