By following the instructions below, you’ll be able to change the mapped client of an existing contact to any client already in the system.

1. Go to Finance>Sales Ledger on the Optimo V3
2. Search by Booking reference (BP7310)
3. Untick the 'Only Allocated' check box and click Filter
4. Click on the Adjustment button on the right.
5. On the pop-up that appears, Select the Debit Adjustment radio button and enter the payment amount you want to adjust. Then, click Add.
6. Select the relevant Payment and Debit adjustment(tick the checkbox on the left of payment/adjustment line) on the Sales Ledger, and click Match.
